RELIABLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

  1. You have 14 working days to exchange or return the goods from the moment you receive the parcel.
    You do not even have to give the reason for the return, although we would be grateful for such information - we will use it to build the offer and improve the operation of Pingbig.
    How to replace or return a product?
    1. Returned / exchanged goods must be new, with no signs of use.
    2. Download the withdrawal form from our website (return form) or the size / color exchange form of purchased products (exchange form).
    3. Pack the products with the form and send it to the correspondence address:

    4. After we receive the parcel - we will refund your money as soon as possible (maximum 30 days) or we will send you the desired product.

QUICK COMPLAINTS

  1. We take full responsibility for the products offered.
    In the case of a product defect, it is enough to send an e-mail to together@pingbig.com - we do not require filling out any forms.
    We exchange defective product immediately at our expense (including delivery cost)
    We will also cover the costs of sending the defective product to us. If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will suggest choosing another of our offer or refunding the full amount paid.
